Ana Brenda Contreras (born as Ana Brenda Contreras Pérez on December 24, 1986 in Río Bravo, Tamaulipas, Mexico ), sometimes credited simply as Ana Brenda, is a Mexican actress and singer. ==Biography== Growing up between Río Bravo, Tamaulipas. Ana Brenda Contreras moved to Mexico City at the age of 15, to participate in the reality show Pop Stars, where she was a finalist and member of the band, ''t'detila''. They recorded an album with the same name. In 2003, she joined the Center for Arts Education Televisa to study acting. In 2005, she appeared as Juanita in the telenovela ''Barrera de amor'', produced by Ernesto Alonso. In 2006, Ana Brenda participated in a production of ''Grease''. That same year, she had a role in the novela ''Duelo de Pasiones'' as Claudia, which was produced by Juan Osorio. In 2008, she starred in the film "Divina Confusion," directed by Salvador Garcini.
